It has been reported that Shiloh, the daughter of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, officially removed Pitt from her legal last name by filing paperwork on her 18th birthday.

Shiloh Jolie-Pitt filed for a legal name change on May 27, according to a representative for her mom who confirmed this to People magazine. Reports suggest that Pitt’s relationship with his kids has been tense since he and Jolie started their divorce in 2016. Jolie had cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and requested sole custody of their six children.

Fox News Digital contacted spokespeople for both Pitt and Jolie to get more information on the issue. Additionally, it has been reported that two more of Pitt’s children have also opted not to use his last name, but it is not known if they have taken steps to officially change their names.

Together, Pitt and Jolie have six children: Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Pax, Knox, and Vivienne.

The famous ex-couple is currently embroiled in a legal battle over non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) after Jolie alleged that she decided to pull out of the winery sale because Pitt was insisting on her signing an agreement.
